A durable, molded rubber cover that’s custom printed with your photo or logo (custom logos are digitally printed on vinyl at high resolution). A thick elastic shock cord in the hem keeps it snug, avoiding the loose, sloppy fit of universal one-size-fits-all covers.

It’s a bit heavier than most insert solutions, such as Flat Tire Defender (230-250g in 29) or Huck Norris or Rimpact (original) at 100g each with ported valves. However, it’s a fair trade for the protection it provides against gravel and dust, especially during long rides or in sandy environments.

Installation

The cover is easy to fit with an elasticated self-adjusting band and secures around the wheel using a durable UV stabalised vinyl. This cover will fit beadlock or non-beadlock wheels; however, if you have beadlock wheels it is recommended that you use one of our universal expansion rings for a snug fit.
