Temporary Visitor or Tourist Visa

Special Investor’s Resident Visa
Allows the holder to stay indefinitely in the Philippines, providing they have made significant investment of $75,000 to the Philippines.

Special Investor Resident Visa for investors in tourist–related projects and tourist establishments
Allows the holder to stay indefinitely in the Philippines, providing they have made significant investment of $50,000 into the Tourism Sector of the Philippines.
SIRV for tourism can be received in less than 1 month after tourism project is established.
Special Resident Retiree’s Visa
Entitles the holder to multiple-entry privileges with the right to reside permanently in the Philippines as long as his $50,000 deposit subsists.
Retiree Visa can be established in less than 1 month.
Special Non-Immigrant Visa
Special Non-Immigrant Visa can be issued to foreign investors. This visa is issued by the Secretary of Justice on the basis on public interest or public policy considerations. Required registration with BoI,PEZA,or DOJ.
